Description

  • Develop relationships with cross-functional teams across Product Development, Sales, Operations, Support, and Services.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with varied deliverables and deadlines.
  • Listen to customer feedback, document it, and relay it to internal teams for improvement opportunities.
  • Present work directly to managers and senior leaders.
  • Build a strong technical understanding of Extreme’s wired and wireless networking solutions.
  • Support Korean and/or Japanese customers with a North American presence.
  • Contribute to technical analysis, lab testing, and real-world problem solving using AI-assisted workflows.

Requirements

  • Currently reside in North America.
  • Pursuing a degree in Engineering (Networking, Systems, Software, or Data) or a related field such as IT, Computer Science, or Applied Analytics.
  • Must be bilingual in English and Japanese, or English and Korean.
  • Have at least 18 months remaining before graduation.
  • Have a general understanding of networking technology.
  • Be a self-starter, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Be skilled in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in both virtual and in-person teams.
  • Be able to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Hands-on experience or demonstrated interest in AI-assisted workflows, preferably using Microsoft Copilot and/or Claude, is preferred.
