Description

  • Drive the design and launch of strategic machine learning solutions across products and platforms.
  • Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including design, testing, deployment, and operations.
  • Participate hands-on in design reviews, code reviews, and implementation work.
  • Lead technical discussions and help set technical strategy for the team.
  • Design and build high-performance, high-scale microservices architectures, including synchronous and asynchronous web services.
  • Develop real-time online inference for complex models using Triton, TensorRT, and mixed precision computing.
  • Mentor and develop engineers on the team and help establish technical direction.
  • Build highly resilient and scalable systems while championing operational and process improvements.
  • Contribute to Generative AI initiatives such as AI agents, RAG, knowledge bases, data mining, anomaly detection, and LLM fine-tuning.
  • Help drive business-wide innovation through intelligent, real-time multi-agent systems.

Requirements

  • Degree in mathematics, computer science, or a related discipline.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience across the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, code reviews, testing, build processes, deployments, and operations.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in Python, including advanced features and libraries.
  • Hands-on experience designing RESTful APIs, with technologies such as FastAPI.
  • Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD practices.
  • 3+ years of experience leading the design and architecture of large distributed systems, preferably on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or engineering manager.
  • MS or PhD in Computer Science, or equivalent experience in machine learning, is preferred.
  • Experience with ML technologies such as PyTorch, SageMaker, Triton, and TensorRT is preferred.
  • Experience with NoSQL and document databases is preferred.
  • Proven ability to handle big data, optimize workflows, and improve system performance is preferred.
