Description

  • Handle inbound requests from customers who have already shown interest in Exoticca’s products.
  • Assess customer needs, budgets, timelines, and decision-making processes to offer tailored travel solutions.
  • Present Exoticca’s value proposition and trip benefits through a consultative, high-end sales approach.
  • Build strong product knowledge across destinations and travel packages.
  • Work toward individual targets while contributing to overall team performance.
  • Follow internal policies and procedures to ensure operational excellence.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven sales environment.
  • Support customers across international markets and rotating schedules as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience with a strong performance track record, ideally 3+ years.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-focused skills.
  • Motivation, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work a rotational schedule covering weekdays and weekends, with shifts from 13:00–22:00, 15:00–00:00, 17:00–02:00, or 19:00–04:00.
  • English proficiency is required.
  • Additional languages are a strong plus, especially German, French, Spanish, Mexican Spanish, UK English, and US/CA market familiarity.
  • Must be based in Spain.
  • Start date: August 24th.
  • Background in travel, hospitality, tourism, or related fields is preferred.
  • Experience with CRMs such as Salesforce, Amadeus, or similar tools is preferred.
  • Knowledge of travel trends or experience selling premium products is preferred.
