Description

  • Lead the software squad and robotics squad to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
  • Define, own, and communicate a clear product vision, measurable outcomes, and product value aligned with Exotec’s global strategy.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog and roadmap, translating strategy into an actionable plan for software and robotics teams.
  • Drive end-to-end product coherence across embedded software, integration layers, and customer-facing functionalities.
  • Ensure synchronization with other Exotec products and manage cross-team dependencies.
  • Represent the product to internal and external stakeholders and communicate progress, risks, trade-offs, and needs.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Sales/Solution Engineering, and Marketing to support go-to-market execution and customer deployments.
  • Use customer feedback, market insights, and data to refine the roadmap and improve the product.

Requirements

  • Engineering degree in robotics, software, mechatronics, industrial systems, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Full professional fluency in English.
  • 7+ years of experience leading products, projects, and cross-functional teams, with a proven track record delivering complex products.
  • Strong experience in logistic systems integration and commissioning is a strong plus.
  • Technical background with a good understanding of robotics and software systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to large groups and senior stakeholders.
  • Creativity, innovation, problem-solving mindset, and initiative to lead in new challenges.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills in complex, multi-disciplinary environments.
  • Proven success collaborating cross-functionally with distributed teams and stakeholders with competing priorities.
