Description

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Support the design, implementation, and enhancement of AXIOM regulatory reporting solutions.
  • Analyze and optimize data flows, transformations, and reporting processes.
  • Perform data mapping, reconciliation, and quality validation activities.
  • Support regulatory report generation and exception management processes.
  • Participate in business process modeling and documentation efforts.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across business, risk, compliance, and technology teams.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and reporting standards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and data quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
  • MBA or relevant certifications such as CBAP are considered an asset.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Intermediate Spanish is considered a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools.
  • Deep knowledge of the business lifecycle for Capital Markets products.
  • Deep knowledge of Brazilian regulatory reports, including DLO, DLI, CADOCs (4010, 4060, 4510 and others), SCR3040, DRL, and DRM.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and reporting standards, including Basel III/IV, BCBS 239, COREP & FINREP, LCR & NSFR, CCAR, Dodd-Frank, EMIR, MiFID II, and ESG Reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with ControllerView, data models and metadata management, rules development, data mapping and transformation, workflow configuration, data lineage, data quality controls, reconciliation processes, regulatory report generation, and exception management.
  • Strong understanding of data management concepts, including SQL fundamentals, database design, ETL processes, data quality management, and data reconciliation.
  • Previous experience with AXIOMSL solutions is preferred.
  • Previous experience supporting Capital Markets platforms and regulatory initiatives is preferred.
  • Experience within highly regulated banking environments is preferred.
  • Knowledge of enterprise data governance practices is preferred.
