Description

  • Own features and initiatives for the Short Term Disability product modules.
  • Drive the roadmap and execution for AI-first products.
  • Build and ship products that guide and augment human decision-making in disability claims.
  • Work with data science to quantify value and identify new product opportunities.
  • Partner with insurance carrier stakeholders to uncover problems, test concepts, and drive business outcomes.
  • Bring early product concepts to customers and use feedback to decide what to build next.
  • Collaborate with customer success, sales, and product marketing on go-to-market strategy.
  • Write code and build working prototypes alongside engineers using AI coding tools.
  • Define value propositions, adoption hypotheses, and kill criteria for product work.
  • Contribute to the broader strategic direction of STD products.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience in enterprise software or a high-production SaaS environment.
  • At least one 0-to-1 product build, ideally in a startup or high-velocity environment.
  • Deep experience in at least one complex, regulated vertical.
  • Demonstrated experience building and shipping AI-driven products.
  • Track record of working directly with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity with a bias toward action and learning.
  • Experience delivering results in a sales/GTM context.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across stakeholders from end users to C-level executives.
  • Technical enough to prototype, build, and ship alongside engineers using AI coding tools.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-first products and daily use of AI tools in your work.
  • Experience in fintech, healthtech, legaltech, HCM, or a similar regulated industry is preferred.
