Description

  • Provide technical, project management, and strategic support for implementation of the existing Equal Vitamin Access program, especially SQLN-S in Nigeria.
  • Support country teams with guidance, tools, and resources to implement nutrition programs in their local contexts.
  • Develop, monitor, and update program workplans, budgets, and milestone trackers to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Provide technical and research support to inform long-term program goals and implementation pathways.
  • Conduct scoping activities in Africa and Asia to assess partner landscape, government buy-in, impact potential, and feasibility for new nutrition interventions.
  • Develop reports that inform internal decisions on program design, impact, and cost-effectiveness for expansion activities.
  • Review evidence, cost-effectiveness, and implementation feasibility for nutrition interventions in the Accelerator pipeline.
  • Support scoping and piloting plans as interventions move through the pipeline.
  • Support the Executive Vice President on strategic team initiatives, objectives, presentations, and leadership decision-making materials.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design cost-effectiveness models, theories of change, MLE frameworks, implementation studies, surveys, and evaluations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5-7 years of work experience designing and implementing global health or international development programs.
  • Experience managing global health or nutrition programs, including budgets and workplans.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across departments, geographies, and multicultural settings.
  • Experience engaging in fundraising activities and supporting donor report development.
  • Strong writing skills for donor reports, pitch decks, briefs, and other external-facing materials.
  • Ability to communicate evidence-based programming and results to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working with large datasets and using Microsoft Excel, including budgets and pivot tables.
  • Experience working in an international organization.
  • Remote work available within the United States; an east coast base is preferred because of collaboration with teams in Africa and Asia.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.
