Description

  • Continuously source, vet, and activate creators aligned with the brand voice, target customer, and aesthetic.
  • Build a repeatable creator sourcing framework and a curated bench across wellness, midlife women, ADHD/focus communities, fitness and outdoors, and thoughtful lifestyle.
  • Own creator partnership deal flow, including rate negotiation, usage rights, whitelisting, co-post agreements, and content licensing windows.
  • Optimize partnerships for low cost per view, strong reach, content ownership, and efficient cost per asset.
  • Design and operate the creator pipeline management system from sourcing through negotiation, live activity, renewal, and sunset decisions.
  • Build dashboards to track cost per creator, cost per asset, cost per view, organic reach, engagement quality, and content reuse performance.
  • Manage the creator engine as an ongoing acquisition system rather than a one-off campaign.
  • Drive predictable monthly creator activation and maintain a tiered network of repeat high-performing partners.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in influencer or creator partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation instincts and experience structuring win-win creator deals.
  • Deep understanding of content economics and performance efficiency.
  • Data-comfortable and commercially minded approach to partnership management.
  • Strong brand intuition and taste-driven judgment.
  • Ability to operate with urgency and ownership.
  • Experience building a creator program from scratch is a plus.
  • Experience in DTC or CPG is a plus.
  • Understanding of performance marketing creative needs is a plus.
  • Experience negotiating whitelisting at scale is a plus.
