Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for attorney and law firm clients and maintain consistent, high-quality communication.
  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships by understanding business objectives and managing expectations.
  • Collaborate with SEO, Paid Media, and other internal teams to develop solutions and improve client outcomes.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics platforms and reporting tools, including Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports with results, opportunities, and strategic recommendations.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement and provide data-driven guidance to enhance marketing performance.
  • Recommend marketing products, services, and strategies aligned with each client’s goals and business needs.
  • Proactively address client concerns, anticipate challenges, and implement solutions to support retention and long-term success.
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that improve client satisfaction, campaign effectiveness, and business growth.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Proven success managing client relationships and supporting performance-driven digital marketing campaigns that drive retention and growth.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, paid media, social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency with CMS platforms such as WordPress and familiarity with website analytics, tracking tools, and performance optimization best practices.
  • Positive, professional presence with the ability to build rapport, engage stakeholders at all levels, and confidently lead client-facing conversations and presentations.
  • Proven track record of developing and maintaining strong client relationships and driving customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term account growth.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), and experience leveraging AI-powered platforms and tools to deliver client value.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Experience with legal industry clients or marketing services is implied by the role context, though not explicitly required.
