Description

  • Drive customer adoption, value realization, retention, and overall success across a portfolio of accounts.
  • Build trusted, consultative relationships with key customer stakeholders.
  • Coach customers on aligning Algolia’s platform with their objectives and KPIs.
  • Demonstrate and communicate Algolia’s value proposition and product capabilities.
  • Lead regular business reviews to assess adoption, impact, feedback, and next steps.
  • Partner with Solutions Architects on project management and technical requirements for implementation.
  • Provide proactive recommendations to optimize platform usage and document return on investment.
  • Anticipate challenges, identify risks, and present solutions to customer issues.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and develop strategies to recover churned customers.
  • Resolve account issues quickly by coordinating with internal cross-functional teams and serving as the voice of the customer.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in customer success, account management, digital consultancy, or project management, preferably in a SaaS business.
  • Must be located in Australian Eastern or Central Standard Time zone and based in East Coast Australia for this remote role.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of accounts and supporting a highly technical product.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships, establish credibility, and communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to set priorities, drive decisions, and reach resolution on recommendations and issues.
  • Ability to influence others toward continuous improvement internally and externally.
  • Experience managing customer engagements through completion with strong customer satisfaction.
  • Proven track record coordinating with Sales, Legal, and Deal Desk on customer renewals and revenue optimization.
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
