Description

  • Plan, organize, and manage all phases of the project life cycle.
  • Develop and maintain project governance plans, schedules, milestones, goals, success criteria, and budgets.
  • Own project budget, timeline, issue management, risks, decisions, and overall delivery success.
  • Lead requirements gathering and secure sign-off on deliverables, including design documentation and user test plans.
  • Manage client and stakeholder relationships throughout implementation.
  • Track project performance and customer satisfaction KPIs, and drive improvement actions.
  • Perform risk management and escalate critical issues for resolution.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and status reports for senior leadership.
  • Coordinate with third parties, vendors, and internal teams to resolve complex implementation issues.
  • Serve as a customer advocate and relay feedback to Account Management, Product Management, and Engineering.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus.
  • Extensive experience in a customer-facing role is required.
  • Experience deploying systems in an international Telco or Government domain.
  • Significant experience managing large, technical projects.
  • Proven experience working in a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
  • PMP certification or at minimum CAPM.
  • Working knowledge of highly available architectures, computer security, telephony, and networking.
  • Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce.com, and web-based applications.
  • Experience with business continuity or emergency management practices.
