Description

  • Serve as the internal and external point of contact for program operations.
  • Own the operational efficiency and end-to-end execution of digital programs.
  • Run internal and client-facing meetings, capture action items, and distribute meeting recaps.
  • Plan, manage, monitor, and control digital initiatives in partnership with channel team leadership.
  • Manage program scope, risks, and change requests to protect program success.
  • Maintain detailed program documentation, including timelines, trackers, plans, logs, and status reports.
  • Create workflows, train teams, and manage tasks and deliverables in project management software.
  • Ensure adherence to PMO templates and processes across client programs.
  • Lead and support continuous process improvement initiatives for assigned programs.
  • Mentor junior project managers and partner with client services to support account success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management experience in an interactive agency managing large-scale, multi-faceted digital programs.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • PMP certification expected within one year of hire once eligible; Wpromote covers the training fees.
  • Ability to independently lead project management for any program type.
  • Advanced experience with Asana or similar task management software.
  • Experience documenting, tracking, and following up on many simultaneous tasks.
  • Experience writing project management plans, change logs, issue logs, risk logs, and status reports.
  • Strong understanding of digital creative, paid media, earned media, analytics, and client management workflows.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with senior-level clients, team members, vendors, and partner agencies.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, negotiation, prioritization, decision-making, conflict resolution, risk management, and change management skills.
