Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and own partner relationship and performance for assigned national resellers in North America.
  • Develop and maintain strong executive-level and field-level relationships within partner organizations to align priorities and drive growth.
  • Drive joint business planning with partners, including setting revenue targets, pipeline goals, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to evaluate performance, identify growth opportunities, and align on strategic priorities.
  • Act as an internal advocate for partners, ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, and product teams and positioning partners within active opportunities.
  • Execute channel sales strategies to expand partner-driven pipeline, accelerate deal velocity, and increase win rates, including influencing partner sales motions.
  • Enable partner sales, technical, and leadership teams on Everbridge solutions, providing tools, training, and resources; support partner onboarding for new seller cohorts.
  • Track and manage partner-driven pipeline to ensure coverage of 3X assigned quota, maintain accurate opportunity tracking and forecasting in CRM, and deliver performance updates to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with marketing and partner teams to develop and execute joint demand-generation and go-to-market programs, partner-led campaigns, and events.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive dynamics and provide actionable partner and market feedback to internal stakeholders while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in national channel sales, partner management, or business development with national resellers or strategic channel partners.
  • Proven success driving revenue growth and achieving quota through indirect sales models.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex partner relationships and influence without direct authority.
  • Ability to clearly articulate partner value and role to Everbridge field sales teams and align partner activities with sales objectives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess pipeline, performance metrics, and market trends.
  • Self-directed, results-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionally.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% to engage partners.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
