Description

  • Analyze existing MS SQL, MySQL, and hybrid Azure/AWS/on-prem database architectures and observability maturity levels.
  • Configure and manage database monitoring tools such as SQL Sentry.
  • Evaluate database performance baselines, resource utilization patterns, and high availability configurations.
  • Suggest AI-driven monitoring, anomaly detection, and automated self-healing mechanisms for database operations.
  • Troubleshoot complex database infrastructure and application issues.
  • Produce and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

Requirements

  • University degree combined with 10 years of relevant IT professional experience.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL databases.
  • Experience working with Azure, AWS, and hybrid database environments.
  • Knowledge of database performance tuning, monitoring, and optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with database monitoring tools such as SQL Sentry.
  • Experience troubleshooting complex database and application issues.
  • Understanding of high availability (HA) and database architecture best practices.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven monitoring, anomaly detection, or database automation is an advantage.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
