Description

  • Respond promptly to helpdesk tickets and related support requests.
  • Provide operational support for issues affecting Azure cloud applications.
  • Handle daily ad hoc requests and other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
  • Support DevOps-related tasks as part of the team’s ongoing work.
  • Work on an on-call basis during night and weekend shifts when tickets are raised.
  • Collaborate with the development teams in a remote support capacity.

Requirements

  • Ability to work remotely from an EU Member State.
  • Availability for night and weekend on-call shifts.
  • Basic understanding of cloud technologies.
  • Freelance engagement options are supported.
  • Part-time engagement options are supported.
  • Ability to respond to tickets on an on-call basis only when needed.
  • English CV submission is required.
  • Reference code ITEH/04/26 should be included in the application.
