Description

  • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across products, lifecycle stages, and channels.
  • Drive high-impact growth initiatives from concept to completion with full accountability for results.
  • Own and execute initiatives directly while enabling other leaders to deliver complementary work.
  • Build business cases, model unit economics, and make data-driven go/no-go recommendations.
  • Develop a deep understanding of how products, channels, and teams interact to guide priorities across the business.
  • Own quarterly OKR planning and goal-setting across functions to align teams on the highest-return opportunities.
  • Lead cross-functional projects spanning Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships.
  • Partner with leaders to reimagine how their functions operate in an AI-native environment.
  • Use AI to improve decision-making, output quality, and what teams can achieve.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of total experience.
  • Ideally 2+ years in top-tier management consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) or investment banking.
  • Ideally 2+ years in Strategy & Operations, Chief of Staff, or BizOps at a high-growth, venture-backed company.
  • Demonstrated AI-native mindset with active experimentation and a clear point of view on AI's impact.
  • Proven ability to own outcomes and execute initiatives end-to-end in fast-moving environments.
  • Ability to think deeply at the problem level and zoom out to the strategic implications.
  • Strong structured thinking with the ability to break ambiguous problems into actionable frameworks.
  • Ability to learn new concepts, channels, and product nuances quickly.
  • Exceptional communication skills for both executive-level and operational contexts.
  • Strong decision-making with bias for action and speed.

Benefits

  • US national base salary range of $128,000 to $226,000.
  • Bonus eligibility in addition to base salary.
  • Equity eligibility in addition to base salary.
