Description

  • Own creative operations across the Creative & Brand team, including workflow management, capacity planning, resource allocation, and roadmap planning.
  • Build and maintain systems that reduce friction and minimize unnecessary operational work.
  • Design and ship AI-native workflows, internal tools, and automations that improve how the team works end to end.
  • Architect connected workflows across ideation tools, asset libraries, briefing flows, and trafficking pipelines.
  • Partner with the Consumer AI team to identify opportunities for agentic automation and shepherd tools to production.
  • Manage the team’s budget in partnership with the VP, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting with finance and legal.
  • Own relationships with external agencies, vendors, and contractors, including onboarding, contract management, and performance accountability.
  • Serve as the primary cross-functional partner for Performance Marketing, Product, and Partnerships to align priorities and resourcing.
  • Develop and maintain project management infrastructure across ClickUp, Notion, and Slack.
  • Build scalable briefing, feedback, and approval processes and track operational health using data to improve planning and throughput.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in creative operations, project management, or program management.
  • Several years of director-level experience, ideally in a high-growth in-house team or agency environment.
  • Proven track record of building and optimizing creative operations and leading transformation initiatives.
  • Deep experience managing creative budgets, vendors, agencies, and contractors end to end.
  • Experience working with legal and finance partners on forecasting, tracking, and reporting.
  • Strong command of project management tools and creative workflows.
  • Ability to build systems people actually use and use data to communicate team impact.
  • Proven ability to partner across creative, marketing, product, legal, and finance to drive alignment.
  • Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to advocate for new ways of working in a matrixed organization.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable in a fast-moving, data-obsessed environment.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $150,000 to $266,000.
  • Bonus and equity are included in addition to base salary.
