Description

  • Own end-to-end technical implementation for mid-market and enterprise customers, including HRIS integrations, SSO setup, LMS connectors, API configurations, and assignment automation logic.
  • Build and maintain AI-powered workflows to automate repeatable implementation tasks such as launch requirements, configuration QA, and onboarding documentation generation.
  • Partner with Account Managers to gather technical requirements during kickoff and translate them into scoped implementation plans.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact during onboarding and work to reduce time-to-value for new customers.
  • Diagnose and resolve integration issues, collaborating with Product and Engineering when needed.
  • Maintain implementation playbooks and documentation and improve them using AI tooling and internal workflows.
  • Contribute to scaled enablement by building reusable templates, guides, and self-serve assets.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in a CS Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Implementation Consultant, or Technical CSM role, ideally at a SaaS company.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, ADP, or Hibob.
  • Experience with SSO protocols such as SAML 2.0.
  • Experience with API-based integrations.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve workflow efficiency and solve customer problems.
  • Comfort taking troubleshooting work off an engineer’s plate and solving problems independently.
  • Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and build process where none exists.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical compliance buyers.
  • Experience in compliance, HR tech, or legal tech is a bonus.
  • Must be based in the United States, as this is a remote-first role with no visa sponsorship offered.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $113,000–$140,000 OTE, with a base salary of $85,000–$105,000.
