Description

  • Build and maintain Etera’s React Native mobile app with booking flows, real-time updates, and multilingual Arabic/English support.
  • Design and extend TypeScript backend services for booking APIs, supplier integrations, and webhook orchestration.
  • Work directly on Claude-powered and OPUS Prime multi-agent AI pipelines for travel intent detection, QA, and automated engineering reports.
  • Take features from specification through architecture, implementation, testing, and deployment.
  • Own infrastructure and reliability workflows, including Firebase Auth, EAS Build/TestFlight pipelines, and CI/CD hygiene.
  • Participate in security audits and peer code review within a small engineering team.
  • Design evaluation criteria, detect failure modes, and continuously improve agent behavior based on production output quality.
  • Connect agent systems to real product surfaces such as APIs, mobile interfaces, and backend workflows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional fullstack engineering experience, with meaningful production work in mobile.
  • Strong React Native experience, including shipped apps, build pipelines, and authentication flows.
  • TypeScript experience across the full stack, including mobile, backend, and agent tooling.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM APIs such as Anthropic, OpenAI, or equivalent, including prompt engineering, tool/function calling, and multi-turn context management.
  • Experience using AI-augmented development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar agentic coding tools.
  • Production experience with Mastra as an agent orchestration framework, including workflows, tool definitions, agent memory, and inter-agent coordination.
  • Working knowledge of LangChain, including chains, retrieval, tool use, memory backends, and integration into live backend services.
  • Ability to operate as a full engineering team member across frontend, backend, and AI layers in a lean startup environment.
  • Strong written English; Arabic or German is a plus.
  • Bonus: prior work with GDS/NDC or travel supplier APIs such as Amadeus, Sabre, PKfare, or RateHawk.
  • Bonus: experience building multi-agent AI systems or autonomous workflow orchestration.
  • Bonus: experience with Voice AI agents such as Ultravox, Vapi, or ElevenLabs.
  • Bonus: familiarity with DIFC / UAE regulatory context for SaaS or fintech products.
  • Bonus: background in security auditing or static code analysis tooling.
