Description

  • Build and maintain the React Native mobile app, including booking flows, real-time updates, and multilingual Arabic/English UX.
  • Design and extend TypeScript backend services for booking APIs, supplier integrations, and webhook orchestration.
  • Develop, tune, and maintain LLM and multi-agent pipelines for travel intent detection, QA, and automated engineering reports.
  • Take features from specification through architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and production ownership.
  • Own infrastructure and reliability work, including Firebase Auth, EAS Build/TestFlight pipelines, and CI/CD hygiene.
  • Participate in security audits and peer review within a small engineering team.
  • Validate agent output, define evaluation criteria, and iterate on system behavior based on real-world quality.
  • Maintain production agent systems over time, including prompt drift, tool failures, context window management, and regression testing.
  • Connect agent workflows to real product surfaces used by customers through APIs, mobile interfaces, and backend services.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional fullstack engineering experience, with meaningful production mobile work.
  • Strong React Native experience, including shipped apps, build pipelines, and authentication flows.
  • TypeScript experience across the full stack, including mobile, backend, and agent tooling; this is non-negotiable.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM APIs such as Anthropic, OpenAI, or equivalent, including prompt engineering, tool calling, and multi-turn context management.
  • Experience using AI-augmented development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar agentic coding tools to increase throughput.
  • Production experience with Mastra as an agent orchestration framework, including workflows, tool definitions, memory, and inter-agent coordination.
  • Solid working knowledge of LangChain, including chains, retrieval, tool use, memory backends, and backend integration.
  • Ability to operate as a generalist full engineering team member who can ship frontend, backend, and AI layers as needed.
  • Comfort working in a lean startup environment with fast cycles, high ownership, and minimal process overhead.
  • Strong written English; Arabic or German is a plus.
  • Prior work with GDS/NDC or travel supplier APIs such as Amadeus, Sabre, PKfare, or RateHawk is a plus.
  • Experience building multi-agent AI systems or autonomous workflow orchestration is a plus.
  • Experience with Voice AI agents such as Ultravox, Vapi, or ElevenLabs is a plus.
  • Familiarity with DIFC or UAE regulatory context for SaaS or fintech products is a plus.
  • Background in security auditing or static code analysis tooling is a plus.
