Description

  • Define and drive the UX vision for key areas of the game, especially Live Service and Meta Systems.
  • Contribute hands-on to UX design, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and documentation.
  • Develop scalable UX frameworks that support live service features, events, and ongoing content.
  • Partner with Product and Design to align UX with feature goals, player needs, and business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Art, and other disciplines to deliver high-quality player experiences.
  • Ensure cohesion across systems, navigation, information architecture, and interaction design.
  • Establish UX principles, standards, and best practices for development and iteration.
  • Support the growth, execution, and ownership of a UX design team.
  • Drive continuous improvement using player data, usability feedback, and live performance insights.
  • Contribute more broadly to the game’s UX direction as product needs evolve.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in UX design for games, with a strong focus on systems, live service, or player-facing experiences.
  • Proven ability to define and deliver UX vision from concept through live operations.
  • Hands-on expertise creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Strong collaboration skills across Product, Design, Engineering, and Production.
  • Experience designing complex systems such as progression, storefronts, social features, or live content.
  • Strong understanding of player behavior, usability principles, and engagement patterns.
  • Experience leading or mentoring UX designers and improving team output and quality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite, or similar.
  • Passion for building high-quality player experiences.
