Description

  • Shape the design vision for live service systems and the broader player experience around retention, monetization, and seasonal content.
  • Contribute hands-on to feature design, design documentation, and player-facing systems.
  • Develop scalable frameworks for content, events, and systems that support long-term engagement.
  • Partner with Product to align on features, goals, content, and live operations.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Product, Franchise, Production, Engineering, Art, UX, and other disciplines to define and deliver seasons and game features.
  • Help establish processes and best practices for design development, iteration, and live operations.
  • Support the growth, execution, and evolution of a design team across systems, content, and other gameplay areas.
  • Drive continuous iteration based on player data, feedback, and live performance.
  • Contribute more broadly to game design direction as team needs evolve.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in game design, including live service systems, features, or player progression.
  • Experience working on live service games or evolving player-facing systems.
  • Proven ability to define and deliver feature visions from concept through live operations.
  • Hands-on design expertise with willingness to contribute to design documentation and execution details.
  • Strong collaboration skills across Product, Engineering, Art, and Production.
  • Experience designing and supporting content, events, or ongoing player experiences.
  • Strong understanding of player motivation, engagement loops, and retention principles.
  • Experience leading or mentoring designers and improving team output and quality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for building high-quality player experiences.
