Description

  • Coordinate employee travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transportation, and visas.
  • Stay current on visa requirements and immigration laws across different countries.
  • Ensure compliance with immigration regulations and maintain accurate records.
  • Liaise with government officials and external organizations on visa applications and travel requirements.
  • Support and guide employees throughout the visa application process.
  • Review and improve travel processes and procedures to increase efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Handle escalated travel-related issues and resolve them promptly.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in travel planning and visa organization.
  • Knowledge of visa requirements and immigration processes in different countries.
  • Confident project management skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain composed and resolve issues accurately under stress.
  • Strong focus on providing high-quality service to employees.
  • Fluent Russian is a plus.
