Description

  • Act as a primary point of contact for newly acquired agencies during the first 90 days of integration.
  • Standardize operational workflows across locations to create a unified company operating model.
  • Assist with migrating client data from legacy agency management systems to the core platform.
  • Manage the appointment process for producers across multiple carriers to avoid gaps in binding authority.
  • Review carrier contracts and profit-sharing agreements to improve overrides and bonuses across the consolidated book of business.
  • Serve as the liaison between the agency and carrier field representatives.
  • Assist with tracking and renewing corporate and individual resident and non-resident licenses.
  • Support internal audit procedures to maintain E&O compliance and adherence to state insurance department regulations.
  • Consolidate and manage relationships with third-party vendors, including IT, office supplies, and janitorial providers.
  • Maintain the employee handbook and operational SOPs, and develop and monitor KPIs related to agency productivity and operational health.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in insurance operations or agency management.
  • Prior experience in an M&A or high-growth environment is highly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of NIPR and state-specific licensing requirements.
  • Advanced knowledge of agency management systems such as Vertafore/AMS360, Applied/Epic, or EZLynx.
  • Exceptional project management skills and the ability to manage multiple moving parts without losing focus on the details.
