Description

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain internal automation workflows and system integrations.
  • Identify repetitive or manual business processes and convert them into efficient automation solutions.
  • Build automations that improve data flow, task execution, notifications, approvals, and operational reporting.
  • Manage and transform data across multiple business platforms to ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliability.
  • Build and maintain integrations using APIs, webhooks, JSON, and low-code or no-code automation platforms.
  • Develop solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse where appropriate.
  • Build and maintain workflows across Zapier, Make.com, and Rewst.
  • Work with HaloPSA, Xero, and NinjaOne to support operational process automation.
  • Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot failures, and continuously improve reliability and efficiency.
  • Maintain technical documentation for workflows, integrations, dependencies, and support processes.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working for a Managed Services Provider is mandatory.
  • Strong experience in automation engineering, workflow development, systems integration, or a similar role.
  • Advanced hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Extensive experience with Zapier, Make.com, and Rewst.
  • Strong working knowledge of HaloPSA, Xero, and NinjaOne.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, JSON, and data mapping between systems.
  • Experience managing data and process integration across multiple business platforms.
  • Ability to design solutions that are scalable, maintainable, secure, and well documented.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Desirable: experience with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, and Azure services.
  • Desirable: experience with SQL, scripting, custom connectors, or related technical integration methods.
  • Desirable: experience establishing governance, standards, and best practices for automation delivery.
  • Desirable: familiarity with business process improvement initiatives within an MSP or professional services environment.
