Description

  • Prepare tie-out binders for Forms 10-Q and 10-K.
  • Prepare quarterly and annual task lists and GAAP/SEC compliance checklists.
  • Review segment-level financial analyses and prepare quarterly consolidated fluctuation analysis.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly summaries for the CFO and Board of Directors.
  • Prepare region-level analyses for field RVP and upper management.
  • Design financial spreadsheets and provide ad hoc financial and operational analyses.
  • Perform analysis on general ledger accounts and transactions.
  • Assist with preparing quarterly and annual SEC filings and quarterly earnings releases.
  • Support schedules, analyses, and documentation for financial statement and MD&A disclosures.
  • Assist with annual budget preparation, monthly budget-versus-actual analysis, audits, special projects, and ad hoc requests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Solid knowledge of general financial accounting, budgeting, analysis, and financial reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Good familiarity with database management tools, data extracts, queries, and report writing.
  • Experience with related information systems and support tools.
  • Experience with SEC reporting and GAAP compliance is preferred.
  • Professional, ethical handling of confidential information.
