Description

  • Coordinate multiple concurrent creative and marketing projects to ensure high-quality work is delivered on time.
  • Build flexible project timelines and balance team capacity as priorities and resources change.
  • Continuously refine production workflows to simplify processes, remove bottlenecks, and keep the team agile.
  • Collaborate with internal project leads, creative team members, external partners, and stakeholders to manage expectations and maintain project visibility.
  • Manage delivery challenges, resolve blockers, and navigate shifting priorities with adaptability.
  • Oversee production budgets, external vendor relationships, and freelance contracts to support scalable content production.
  • Work with the AI Ops team to test, adopt, and integrate automation tools that reduce manual tasks.
  • Improve and scale workflows using a mix of traditional coordination and AI-driven tooling.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing creative workflows within an internal marketing or creative team environment.
  • Highly proficient with database-driven project management tools, with a strong preference for Airtable or a similar platform.
  • Experience evolving production processes in a scaling business.
  • Practical interest in emerging AI tools and using them to improve operational efficiency.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to negotiate deadlines, navigate competing priorities, and influence outcomes.
  • Experience managing production budgets, external vendors, and freelance talent.
  • Experience driving complex projects through to completion.
  • Remote-first working availability across Australia or New Zealand.
