Description

  • Lead a multidisciplinary team developing AI and natural language technologies.
  • Define and rapidly develop proofs of concept and prototypes.
  • Attract and select qualified candidates for appropriate roles.
  • Explore and implement innovative approaches to digital interaction.
  • Learn and apply complex systems and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate effectively across teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
  • Contribute to projects involving computer vision, NLP/NLU, machine learning, or advanced data science.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Ph.D. in artificial intelligence, natural language processing, machine learning, physics, mathematics, or a related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in computer vision, NLP/NLU, machine learning, or advanced data science.
  • Proficiency with deep learning preferred.
  • Proven ability to define and quickly develop proofs of concept and prototypes.
  • Strong ability to learn complex systems and new technologies quickly.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to attract and select the right people for the right positions.
  • Creativity, curiosity, and willingness to innovate and learn from failure.
