Description

  • Lead and contribute to Data & AI solution design for complex client opportunities.
  • Shape deals from first conversation through contract close in partnership with sales and client executives.
  • Lead technical discovery, architecture definition, and delivery approach for strategic pursuits.
  • Participate directly in client presentations, workshops, and executive discussions.
  • Serve in active delivery roles such as Data Architect, Engagement Lead, or Delivery Sponsor on key engagements.
  • Guide teams through critical design decisions, delivery challenges, and client escalations.
  • Ensure solutions are delivered to scope, quality, timeline, and commercial commitments.
  • Drive the growth, financial performance, pipeline, revenue, and margin of the UK Data & AI practice.
  • Contribute to UK and global go-to-market offerings, assets, and accelerators.
  • Mentor Data & AI practitioners and develop repeatable delivery patterns informed by delivery experience.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience delivering data, analytics, and AI solutions.
  • Demonstrable ability to design and deliver complex, enterprise-scale Data & AI solutions.
  • Proven experience supporting pre-sales and deal shaping with client-facing solution leadership.
  • Experience balancing hands-on delivery contribution with practice or portfolio leadership.
  • Executive-level communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
  • Deep practical experience with modern data platforms and architectures.
  • Experience delivering AI/ML and GenAI solutions in production environments.
  • Experience with public cloud ecosystems.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work across multiple workstreams, facilitate discussions, and influence without authority.
