Description

  • Contribute to product strategy, roadmap, and development for post-booking and modification capabilities.
  • Build flexibility into the Flights customer experience to help grow the business.
  • Contribute to partnerships that increase the value of Engine’s platform.
  • Work closely with design, engineering, product operations, customer experience, and sales from ideation through post-launch.
  • Collaborate with other product managers across Travel and related product teams.
  • Drive acquisition, activation, and retention through experimentation and product enhancements.
  • Apply AI-native product thinking to workflows and personalized experiences.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience.
  • Deep experience building complex, integration-driven products.
  • Bonus points for previous flights domain experience.
  • Comfort building cross-functional systems from zero and scaling them over time.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools and automation to optimize workflows and personalize experiences.
  • Strategic mindset with strong execution focus.
  • Natural leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams.

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary of $147,500 to $246,100 USD.
  • Potential for equity and/or variable pay (OTE).
