Description

  • Lead end-to-end execution of one or more complex, multi-team initiatives by setting direction, sequencing work, and making tradeoffs.
  • Build and evolve operational approaches and create repeatable playbooks when established methods do not apply.
  • Think strategically across systems and teams to ensure work is aligned across functions.
  • Resolve ambiguous situations using deep judgment, context, and experience.
  • Develop and maintain trusted cross-functional relationships that drive collaboration and outcomes.
  • Communicate clearly and directly, and coach teammates through difficult stakeholder situations.
  • Lead AI and automation adoption across initiatives by redesigning workflows and evaluating what to automate, retool, or stop.
  • Guide the development of tools, guidelines, and methods that improve how the broader program management team operates.
  • Partner with Business Operations leadership to ensure initiative health is visible in company-level reporting and planning cycles.

Requirements

  • Deep program management expertise with a track record of leading complex, multi-team initiatives to completion.
  • Experience leading programs across different organizations and contexts.
  • Strong judgment in high-ambiguity situations with the ability to make decisions using incomplete information.
  • Strong cross-functional instincts and the ability to keep business priorities at the center.
  • A builder's mindset with experience improving systems, guidelines, tools, and methods.
  • Clear, direct communication skills and the ability to coach others through uncertainty and conflict.
  • AI-forward operating approach with the ability to identify leverage, test ideas, and build scalable, repeatable processes.
  • High-growth tech or SaaS experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to apply experience and context rather than relying solely on process.

  • Base salary range of $140,000 to $170,000 USD.
