Description

  • Own and evolve the product strategy for Engine Spaces across search, discovery, booking, and post-booking experiences.
  • Lead the consumer-facing product experience to make venue discovery and booking intuitive, personalized, and delightful.
  • Analyze the funnel to identify drop-off points and build features that improve conversion, engagement, and time to booking.
  • Drive AI-powered and automation initiatives that reduce friction in the booking, RFP, and contracting workflows.
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, and RevOps to align priorities and deliver high-impact work.
  • Define, track, and interpret KPIs across conversion, engagement, supply utilization, and net revenue.
  • Translate product vision into clear PRDs and shipped features while keeping teams aligned on direction.
  • Use customer feedback, UX judgment, and data insights to prioritize what to build next.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience with a strong track record of owning consumer-facing products.
  • Experience in marketplace, booking, or travel/hospitality products is strongly preferred.
  • Strong strategic thinking and execution skills with the ability to move from vision to PRD to shipped features.
  • Sharp design sensibility and deep customer empathy.
  • Comfort working in UX reviews and data deep-dives.
  • Experience with AI-powered search or recommendations is a plus.
  • Experience with personalization systems is a plus.
  • Experience with RFP or contracting workflows in the events or hospitality space is a plus.
  • A builder mindset with urgency and a bias toward action.

  • Competitive base salary of $177,800 to $246,100 USD.
