Description

  • Drive the product roadmap for Omni across Swift and Halo.
  • Shape the API surface, documentation, SDKs, and integration flows for partner engineering teams.
  • Make Swift the fastest path from contract signature to a live branded storefront.
  • Collaborate with commercial and partnerships teams on integration approaches and prioritization.
  • Work with engineering to evaluate API, integration, and system tradeoffs.
  • Turn a complex data layer into a platform partners can build on quickly.
  • Take ownership of product decisions and communicate direction across the broader team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of product management experience.
  • Experience shipping API, platform, or embedded products where the customer is another engineering team.
  • Travel, booking, or multimodal supply background is a strong plus.
  • Comfort working in the details of APIs, integration patterns, and system tradeoffs.
  • Ability to discuss architecture decisions with engineers and keep solutions simple.
  • Strong developer product instincts, including clean primitives, honest docs, and predictable behavior.
  • Ability to make hard prioritization calls, say no when needed, and handle constructive tension.
  • Presence and agency to operate as a peer to technical and commercial stakeholders.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity, with high stakes, and without perfect information.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $181,400 to $251,000 USD.
  • Competitive base pay with potential bonuses, commissions, equity, and variable pay (OTE).
