Description

  • Own the end-to-end production of weekly virtual All Hands and quarterly in-person town halls.
  • Lead change management communications when priorities shift, explaining the why and how to employees.
  • Define and maintain Slack architecture and communication norms to keep the channel high-signal and engaging.
  • Partner with executives and leaders to provide strategic communications advice and draft high-impact messages.
  • Create rituals and recognition moments that reinforce company culture and shared experiences.
  • Serve as the architect of the internal narrative for a distributed workforce.
  • Develop creative internal communication formats and approaches beyond standard corporate newsletters.
  • Translate rapid organizational change into clear, motivating employee communications.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in communications.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates creativity and edge.
  • Strong judgment around tone and timing.
  • Experience in a fast-moving or remote-first environment is a major plus.
  • Background in change management or navigating scale-up growing pains.
  • Ability to mirror executive voice while maintaining clarity for employees.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working in high-growth environments with shifting priorities.
  • Experimental mindset with willingness to try new approaches, fail fast, and iterate.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $103,360 to $143,000 USD.
  • Competitive base pay tied to role, experience, expertise, and location.
