Description

  • Own the end-to-end production of weekly virtual all-hands meetings and quarterly in-person town halls.
  • Lead change management communications that explain shifting priorities and help employees understand the rationale and impact.
  • Define Slack norms and communication architecture to keep the channel high-signal and aligned with company culture.
  • Partner with executives and leaders to advise on messaging strategy, tone, timing, and delivery.
  • Create rituals, recognition moments, and shared experiences that reinforce Engine’s culture.
  • Develop clear, candid internal communications that bring focus and momentum to employees across levels.
  • Use creative and experimental approaches, including AI or design tools, to deliver engaging internal communications.
  • Support the employee experience by turning rapid organizational change into a source of clarity and alignment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in communications.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates creativity and edge.
  • Strong judgment around tone and timing.
  • Experience in a fast-moving or remote-first environment is a major plus.
  • Background in change management or navigating scale-up growing pains.
  • Ability to write decisively and adapt messaging to different audiences, including executive leadership.
  • Resilient and comfortable working in high-growth environments with shifting priorities and deadlines.
  • Experimental mindset and willingness to try new approaches, fail fast, and iterate.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $103,360 to $143,000 USD.
  • Competitive compensation that may include equity and/or variable pay (OTE).
  • Opportunities for bonuses and commissions.
