Description

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to prospects to introduce Engine’s solutions, qualify needs, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Use LinkedIn, email, and other resources to identify new leads and research potential customers.
  • Develop targeted outreach strategies to support lead generation efforts.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers through strategic outreach and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with account executives, sales managers, and marketing teams to align outreach efforts and share field insights.
  • Keep CRM records current with accurate lead status, contact information, and follow-up activity.
  • Stay informed on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales best practices to improve performance.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs such as call volume, meetings set, and lead conversion rate.

Requirements

  • Must be located in Tempe, AZ.
  • Excitement for starting or advancing a sales career and building long-term growth in the field.
  • Strong desire to succeed, sense of urgency, and ability to push through challenges.
  • Comfort making cold calls and speaking with strangers to build rapport with decision-makers.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-moving environments and adapt quickly to new processes, tools, and customer objections.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Goal-driven mindset with a focus on continuous performance improvement.
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, staffing, telemarketing, or a related role is a plus, but not required.
