Description

  • Create, improve, and document scalable agile processes for design and product teams.
  • Serve as the connective tissue between design, product, engineering, data, and executive leadership.
  • Align teams on project timelines and identify opportunities for increased efficiency.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify and resolve operational roadblocks.
  • Streamline workflows to help design and product teams deliver effectively.
  • Provide clear communication to the business on product updates and release timelines.
  • Gather product signals from customer-facing teams and external sources to inform product strategy.
  • Centralize and operationalize product data to support roadmaps and product strategy.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for design tools such as Jira, Figma, and Asana.
  • Support tool configuration to enable efficient workflows.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience building operations for design and/or product teams.
  • Strong prioritization skills and the ability to simplify complex processes or problems.
  • Experience rolling out changes iteratively and keeping projects on time and on task.
  • Deep understanding of product development lifecycles and agile methodologies.
  • Experience presenting strategic plans to C-level executives.
  • Bonus experience in production support or program management.
  • Hands-on, collaborative problem-solving mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary of $155,400 to $215,000 USD.
  • Total compensation may include equity and/or variable pay (OTE).
