Description

  • Use generative AI tools to rapidly prototype and produce high-fidelity renders and videos.
  • Partner with the marketing team to create content for social media, sales decks, and trade shows.
  • Help lead the visual aesthetic for new project launches and align content with the brand.
  • Test and implement new AI-supported rendering and animation workflows.
  • Blend traditional 3D/CGI outputs with AI enhancements for realistic storytelling.
  • Own projects from concept through final export.
  • Mentor junior creators as the lab grows.
  • Collaborate with engineers and marketing stakeholders to translate technical ideas into human-centered visuals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in visual design, motion graphics, or 3D rendering; 5+ years preferred.
  • A portfolio demonstrating strong visual work, especially in making infrastructure visually compelling.
  • Experience in the energy or sustainability sector is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Unreal Engine or Blender is preferred.
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, Sora, or Veo.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-changing environment.
  • Strong communication, organization, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Comfort handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism.
  • A proven track record of using AI tools to speed up production without sacrificing quality.
