Description

  • Craft high-quality concepts, visuals, UI, and prototypes for websites, digital products, AI interfaces, and agentic services.
  • Create compelling presentations that communicate design thinking and help inspire stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with UX designers, strategists, engineers, data scientists, and copywriters across projects.
  • Mentor other designers and help build a culture of creativity, inclusivity, and continuous AI upskilling.
  • Contribute conceptual thinking that pushes boundaries and raises the standard for design work.
  • Translate big, conceptual ideas into compelling designs across multiple surfaces.
  • Use structured, user-centered thinking to solve business and human challenges.
  • Support client-facing storytelling and creative sell-through presentations.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience as a designer, in agency or in-house settings.
  • Strong mastery of Figma, prototyping, and visual design systems.
  • A strong portfolio showing experience translating conceptual ideas into designs across web, product, and agentic experiences.
  • Strong motion design skills are a plus.
  • Excellent visual storytelling and client-facing presentation skills.
  • Ability to apply structured, user-centered design thinking.
  • Strong interest in AI creative tools, workflows, and optimization.
  • Ability to work fluidly across disciplines and energize cross-functional teams.
