Description

  • Lead and develop the implementation team of project managers and analysts overseeing software product implementations and service integrations.
  • Plan, execute, and coordinate onboarding, client system conversions, enhanced solution design, and internal implementation initiatives.
  • Guide clients and internal teams on solution design and integrations with health information systems and clearinghouses, including Epic, Soarian, McKesson, Emdeon, and Experian.
  • Own implementation timelines, deliverables, quality, client satisfaction, and resolution of reported client issues.
  • Develop processes to track, measure, and report implementation performance, including time to delivery, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Align business roadmap objectives with IT priorities across Operations, Sales/Marketing, Finance, and IT.
  • Drive scalable operations, business continuity, process improvement, and efficiency enhancements across accountable functions.
  • Manage a portfolio of technology and process-improvement projects supporting revenue growth and cost-reduction goals.
  • Build executive client relationships and support business development through pricing, proposals, and prospect presentations.
  • Research potential revenue streams and recommend implementation next steps to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
  • 10+ years of experience implementing complex enterprise software in a SaaS environment, including 5+ years in customer-facing roles.
  • 5+ years of senior leadership experience.
  • Experience managing a project management team and multiple concurrent projects.
  • Demonstrated record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership, team development, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, set clear direction, and communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and teams at all levels.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, webinar tools, internet-based systems, Microsoft Project, or similar project-planning tools.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% and maintain regular, predictable attendance.
