Description

  • Write high-quality, SEO-informed blog posts aligned to search demand and business priorities.
  • Rewrite and materially improve existing content for clarity, depth, structure, and conversion intent.
  • Maintain a consistent publishing cadence with strong operational discipline.
  • Apply keyword strategy, search intent alignment, and clear H1–H3 header hierarchy across content.
  • Recommend internal linking opportunities and partner with the SEO Manager to refresh content based on performance data.
  • Write and optimize copy for webinar landing pages, program pages, and other high-intent website assets.
  • Improve headlines, calls to action, page flow, and narrative clarity to increase engagement and conversion.
  • Write or refine paid social ads, webinar promotions, and supporting promotional assets.
  • Collaborate with SEO, paid media, design, webinar, PR, and partnership teams on briefs, messaging, layout, and optimization.
  • Refresh outdated content and support scalable content systems that drive organic growth and enrollment impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a content writer or copywriter.
  • Strong long-form writing skills with a clear, confident voice.
  • Proven experience writing for SEO performance and conversion impact.
  • Experience rewriting and significantly improving existing content.
  • Ability to produce high-quality work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Native or near-native English proficiency.
  • A portfolio or writing samples that demonstrate depth, clarity, structure, and persuasive ability.
  • Experience in education, EdTech, or service-based businesses is preferred.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Airtable, or structured content workflows is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of paid social, funnel metrics, or CRO principles is preferred.
