Description

  • Lead complex technology programs from planning through delivery, aligning objectives, dependencies, resources, and outcomes with business priorities.
  • Use AI-enabled forecasting, prioritization, workflow automation, and analytics to improve delivery speed, quality, transparency, and decision-making.
  • Build trusted partnerships across business, technology, quality, and operations teams to drive shared accountability and informed decisions.
  • Coordinate multi-track initiatives, external dependencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver strategic outcomes.
  • Establish governance mechanisms, decision frameworks, and AI-supported reporting to improve visibility and issue resolution.
  • Identify emerging technologies and scalable solutions that improve operational performance and support business growth.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable technical direction during architecture, design, and implementation discussions.
  • Maximize program effectiveness through disciplined planning, capacity management, and data-informed resource allocation.
  • Establish proactive risk management practices to identify, assess, and address program threats before they affect outcomes.
  • Define success metrics, monitor program health, and drive continuous improvement across programs and teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical program management with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Experience integrating AI into project management processes to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and AI integration.
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities with a focus on execution rigor and organizational alignment.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage complexity and adapt to shifting conditions in a fast-growing, regulated environment.
  • Experience supporting IT initiatives in a regulated 503A/503B environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven forecasting, analytics, reporting, and workflow automation is preferred.
