Description

  • Coach franchise owners on local sales plans, target accounts, referral strategies, and consistent sales activities.
  • Guide franchise owners on marketing strategy, digital presence, brand consistency, community engagement, and promotional campaigns.
  • Review sales KPIs and develop action plans to improve pipeline health, conversion rates, lead sources, and win/loss performance.
  • Partner with the National Sales Team to align franchise activities with system-wide initiatives, programs, and sales tools.
  • Serve as the primary business advisor to franchise owners across sales, marketing, operations, customer experience, and financial performance.
  • Conduct regular strategic meetings to review metrics, address issues, and maintain accountability.
  • Evaluate franchise performance and create customized action plans based on owner goals, strengths, and challenges.
  • Ensure franchisees follow brand standards, required processes, and contractual obligations.
  • Conduct operational assessments and help implement best practices in workflow, technology use, customer communication, and service delivery.
  • Review financial statements and operational metrics to improve profitability, pricing, job costing, and expense management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in franchise consulting, franchise operations, business consulting, or business ownership.
  • Experience in the restoration or contents restoration space preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, influence, and motivate business owners toward improvement.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret financial statements and operational KPIs.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt coaching style to different business owners.
  • Willingness to travel for onsite visits as needed.
  • Travel up to 25% of the time, with an average of one 3-4 day trip per month.
  • Familiarity with EOS Traction is a plus.
