Description

  • Develop and design customizations, extensions, functions, forms, and reports in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • Provide coding, unit testing, technical documentation, security configuration, and support for Dynamics solutions.
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions in collaboration with consultants and support teams.
  • Test modifications for accuracy, reliability, validity, and compliance with development standards.
  • Develop data migration procedures connecting Dynamics solutions with other systems.
  • Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 F&O and third-party or legacy systems.
  • Implement and monitor secure data flows using middleware, APIs, and web services.
  • Collaborate on system testing, acceptance testing, and design documentation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain, formerly AX.
  • Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 F&O Procurement and Sales cycles.
  • Strong X++ development skills, including Chain of Command, event handlers, set-based operations, SysOperation, DMF, and the security framework.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 F&O development best practices and Visual Studio Code.
  • Knowledge of unit test planning and execution and core Microsoft Dynamics applications.
  • Basic Azure knowledge, including Azure Functions development and integration.
  • Experience with Power Automate, PowerApps, Power BI, web services, and connected systems.
  • Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, OAuth 2.0, Azure AD service principals, and secure data exchange.
  • Understanding of Dynamics ecosystem ISVs and strong troubleshooting, prioritization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, follow development standards, and contribute effectively as a team member.
