Description

  • Analyze the supplier portfolio by segmenting suppliers and assessing their contribution to GMV, margin, conversion, and assortment.
  • Identify growth opportunities and underperforming supplier segments.
  • Evaluate supplier quality and cost effectiveness through analysis of prices, availability, cancellations, content, unit economics, and ROI.
  • Support commercial initiatives by assessing launches such as discounts, special conditions, pricing changes, and commercial offers.
  • Analyze the impact of commercial actions and provide recommendations for scaling successful initiatives.
  • Improve product and business algorithms related to suppliers by formulating, testing, and validating hypotheses.
  • Measure the impact of changes in business logic on key business metrics.
  • Provide analytical support to cross-functional stakeholders and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a data analyst.
  • Advanced SQL proficiency.
  • Strong knowledge of Python.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Metabase.
  • Experience using causal analysis and quasi-experimental methods such as difference-in-differences, matching, and instrumental variables.
  • Ability to work with incomplete or distorted data and make informed assumptions about business impact.
  • English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
  • Developed critical thinking and the ability to solve complex problems using data processing tools.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and explain complex concepts in simple terms.
