Description

  • Troubleshoot live issues across 300+ supplier integrations.
  • Support booking operations and B2B service reliability through timely issue resolution.
  • Investigate technical problems using logs and monitoring systems.
  • Work with API-related issues and integration behavior.
  • Collaborate with the Tech Support team to diagnose and resolve incidents.

Requirements

  • Experience in technical support of hotel products is a plus.
  • Experience working with logs.
  • Experience with monitoring systems.
  • Understanding of API principles.
  • Knowledge of Postman.
  • Conversational English at B2 level (Upper-Intermediate).
