Description

  • Set up Google Classrooms and Discord channels tailored to course requirements.
  • Prepare for upcoming classes and monitor live courses to ensure they run smoothly.
  • Upload, edit, and organize class recordings to ensure high-quality, accessible course content.
  • Collaborate with instructors, instructional designers, and technical teams to optimize the learning experience.
  • Maintain brand consistency and ensure all course content is up-to-date and accurately presented.
  • Coordinate with teams to troubleshoot platform or content issues during course delivery.
  • Manage multiple priorities and scheduling tasks to support timely course operations.

Requirements

  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Highly developed attention to detail and commitment to content accuracy.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills to work with instructors and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work flexibly and manage multiple priorities in a remote, full-time role.
  • Located in Ukraine (position open to candidates anywhere in Ukraine).
  • Experience with Google Classroom, Discord, or other educational/communication platforms is an asset.
  • Experience or willingness to edit and organize class recordings (video/audio editing).
  • Tech-savvy and willing to learn online learning tools and platform workflows.
