Description

  • Develop and execute an annual omnichannel sales plan for Target that delivers net sales growth, market share growth, and customer profitability.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with Target headquarters and e.l.f. Beauty cross-functional partners.
  • Partner with demand planning and the AVP Sales to ensure accurate forecasts, inventory/distribution management, and that business plans deliver to expectations.
  • Optimize assortment, planograms, in-store visual presence, off-shelf merchandising, target.com placement, and retail pricing to maximize performance.
  • Establish KPIs, track retailer-specific programs, analyze performance results, and provide sales and share reporting to inform brand investment decisions.
  • Collaborate with brand visual merchandising and retail teams to develop and execute merchandising strategies that meet short- and long-term retailer and brand goals.
  • Respond to customer information requests and provide general administrative support to manage day-to-day account operations.
  • Assist in developing and mentoring junior team members and share best practices across the sales team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience within Beauty and/or CPG, including direct experience working with Target headquarters teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a similar major (College or Bachelor’s Degree).
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel and PowerPoint, and demonstrated analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Proven ability to create and deliver presentations and communicate effectively with internal and external partners.
  • Deep understanding of negotiation techniques, marketing tactics, and retail dynamics (assortment, merchandising, trade marketing).
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, able to work independently or as part of a team, with strong planning, organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and responsiveness; ability to troubleshoot and take initiative.
  • Fast learner, quick thinker, with a passion for beauty.

Benefits

  • Base salary range $105,000–$140,000 per year.
  • Total compensation includes base salary, annual company-based performance bonus, and equity; employees are eligible to earn up to 200% of target bonus under the annual bonus program.
