Description

  • Design and build scalable data pipeline architecture to handle large volumes of data.
  • Develop ELT/ETL pipelines to extract, load, and transform data from multiple sources into the data warehouse.
  • Optimize and maintain data infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to improve data pipelines, models, and data access.
  • Develop and maintain data models that support business needs.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with data governance policies.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data quality issues.
  • Automate and streamline data management processes.
  • Analyze data product requirements and align solutions with the broader data strategy.
  • Support cross-functional partners by extracting and researching data for consumer insights, supply chain, and finance use cases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience as a Snowflake Data Engineer or in a related role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake, including building, maintaining, and documenting data pipelines.
  • Expertise in Snowflake features such as RBAC management, virtual warehouses, file formats, streams, zero copy clone, and time travel.
  • Strong SQL development experience, including SQL queries and stored procedures.
  • Experience with ELT/ETL no-code or low-code tools such as Informatica or SnapLogic.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing, data modeling, data standardization, cleansing, and enrichment.
  • Familiarity with data security and governance best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Minimum work experience of 8 years and maximum work experience of 13 years.
