Description

  • Edit testimonial videos and brand story videos for client deliverables.
  • Produce short-form campaign videos ranging from 30 to 90 seconds.
  • Create event recap content for client projects.
  • Edit short-form social content for client accounts and pages.
  • Develop behind-the-scenes, educational, and personal brand videos.
  • Work from Loom-based briefs and written feedback to deliver revisions efficiently.
  • Manage ongoing client work alongside a fluctuating weekly project load.
  • Deliver polished edits with proactive communication and on-time turnaround.
  • Contribute creative input to improve storytelling and final output.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Basic motion graphics skills, including titles, lower thirds, and transitions.
  • Ability to perform color grading and audio leveling.
  • Strong understanding of storytelling and pacing in both short-form and long-form edits.
  • Familiarity with US/Western aesthetic standards.
  • Ability to emulate styles similar to Dan Martell, Alex Hormozi, and Devon Levesque.
  • Comfort working independently with clear direction and minimal hand-holding.
  • Strong proactive communication and reliability, with no ghosting.
  • Comfortable receiving Loom-based briefs and written feedback.
  • Must complete a non-negotiable unpaid trial project before final hiring decision.
