Description

  • Implement and operate the IT components of the company’s export-controls program under 10 CFR Part 810.
  • Design and maintain controlled-data architecture and foreign-national access restrictions.
  • Conduct access reviews and maintain audit logs to support the Export Compliance Plan.
  • Produce technical evidence that demonstrates controls are operating effectively.
  • Stand up and operate auditable IT controls aligned with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework 2.0.
  • Own Entra ID SSO across the company’s SaaS portfolio and maintain identity operations.
  • Own the SharePoint tenant, including information architecture, permissions, sensitivity labels, and retention labels.
  • Maintain security posture across the company’s SaaS and cloud environment, including Azure and Google Cloud Platform.
  • Run the Jira help desk against documented SLAs and runbooks, and build automation for intake, routing, status updates, and knowledge management.
  • Coordinate cybersecurity incident response, vulnerability management, and IT disaster recovery.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of IT experience, including 2–3 years in a lead role.
  • Hands-on experience in a formal external audit within a cloud-first environment.
  • Deep working knowledge of Entra ID, Intune, and SharePoint Online.
  • Hands-on Google Cloud Platform exposure.
  • Experience with controlled-data segregation in an NRC, DOE, defense, or comparably regulated environment.
  • Experience operating SSO across a SaaS portfolio.
  • Knowledge of export controls and compliance operations, including 10 CFR Part 810.
  • Preferred: industry-recognized security certification such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CompTIA Security+, GIAC certifications, Microsoft SC certifications, or Certified CMMC Professional (CCP).
  • Preferred: experience with Power Automate and Python.
  • Preferred: experience with a software asset management platform such as Okta, Productiv, or Zylo.
  • Preferred: familiarity with Claude or comparable enterprise AI tools.
